The town called Cradle Bay is not what it seems. While most kids their age are busy giving their parents heart attacks, the youths of this town seem like model citizens instead. They even have their own little club known as "The Blue Ribbons," and they love to have new members joining them. When new kid Steve arrives in town, the group immediately adds him to their ranks. And as Steve befriends two of the less desirable social misfits at school, Gavin and Rachel, they slowly uncover the terrible secret that empowers these seemingly perfect teenagers.
