A 12-year-old Jewish boy has his coming-of-age ceremony slated on the same day that England is playing in the World Cup Finals of 66. He secretly prays for England's defeat so that his big-day will not turn up empty and the asthmatic brainy kid suddenly develops an interest in football, especially on any team that can knock England out.
