An ex-cop, Logan Blade, is now a bounty hunter who wants to bring down two rival New York City drug gangs. When the son of a Mafia boss is killed in a shootout, Blade is hired to hunt down the boy's killers. Vengeance must be swift, for Blade is given only 24 hours to fulfill his mission. He ends up hot on the heels of rival gang leader, Col. Walsh, an ex-Vietnam veteran with a violent streak, and his underling, Angel.
