NYC cop Gino Felino is told that his partner and best friend, cop Bobby Lupo, has been mercilessly shot dead. Gino finds out that it is none other than drug lord Richie Madano who has committed the killing. Gino takes it upon himself to hunt down Richie and stop his drug empire from expanding, at the same time avenging Bobby's senseless slaughter.
