Mistaken identity and double-crosses abound in this action-packed comedy. Two unscrupulous scientists, Doctor Hicklar and Sir John Bevistock, intend to sell a cold fusion formula to the highest bidder. However, things get mixed up when a pair of con artists, who look exactly like the corrupt scientists, want a share of the pie as well.
