It's been 10 years since the end of the Vietnam War. But battle-scarred Colonel Jim Braddock - played by action star Chuck Norris - is convinced that there are still a number of American POWs still suffering in the jungles of Southeast Asia. He tries to convince the government to rescue them, but to no avail. He takes matters into his own hands. He re-enters Communist-controlled Vietnam and literally becomes a one-man army, killing anyone against his cause, and stopping at nothing until he finds the American soldiers, and brings them home.
